Analytics Factory is comprised of four key operational stages:

• Discover - Business Analysis
• Define – Rapid Prototyping blue print
• Design – Solution Architecture
• Develop – Assemble or Engineer the configuration
• Deliver –  Dry run and pilot testing

Inteliment incorporates Agile principles and Scrum project management to maximize the work effort of the team.
