Inteliment has been recognized as an ‘Innovative Company’ as recipient of The Govt. of Maharashtra’s IT-SME Innovation Award 2011, Indira Innovation Award 2011, India Bizz 2010 Award by WORLDCOB-USA, Winner of Deloitte’s Asia Technology Fast 500 in 2009 and 2008 and India Technology Fast 50 in 2008. Inteliment was conferred upon ’Technology Excellence Award 2009’ by World Economic Progress Society and was featured by Dun & Bradstreet as an ‘Emerging Indian IT Companies 2007.

He is a serving Vice President of the Software Exporters Association of Pune (SEAP), a corporate member of CII and Yi. As a corporate member, he is involved with several projects and initiatives of NASSCOM, CSI, TiE and is on the regional committee of Indo-American Chambers of Commerce.

Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical and MBA in Finance as well as in Marketing, Prashant is Accredited Management Professor in ‘Corporate Planning & Strategy’ by All India Management Association (AIMA). He is recognized as a CEO of Fast Growing Companies in Asia by Deloitte and has earned a technical accreditation from Microsoft as well as SAP as 'Business Solution Specialist’.

He is a well-known speaker at various conferences and forums (NASSCOM, CII, MCCIA) and visiting faculty at institutions (NIA, NIBM, Symbiosis, and IIT). He writes on management and motivation, and runs e-weekly named –‘Monday Seeds’ since 8 years. Prashant is a Past President of Rotary Club of Pune Model Colony, is a 'Paul Harris Fellow' of RI-USA.

Anand Pansare

Co-Founder & Director

Anand is the co-founder of Inteliment and provides a thought leadership, leads technology initiatives for teams in Australia and India. Anand holds an engineering degree in computer science, and is also accredited solution architect. Anand oversees Inteliment’s Business operations in Australia.

Anand’s specialty lies in understanding complex business problems and providing quality technical solutions. He has gained a wealth of experience working with various clients in diverse business domains and has gained expertise is in Business Analysis, Architecture, Design and Delivery of Business Intelligence solutions. Anand’s work in analysis and design has been credited with project awards and medals.

As a responsible corporate citizen, Anand is involved with various organizations like the Red Cross Society, Heart Research Foundation, helping raise funds for the underprivileged and needy.
