Job Description
• Responsible for Talent Development for new hires, core employees as well as fresh graduates
• Identifying skill gaps, learning needs and develop programs for devising identified learning plans
• Become proficient in focus technologies, and create “how–to” video/PPTs
• Monitor Training and Assessment Process and generate all necessary documentation
• Evaluate instructor performance and the effectiveness of training programs

Required Skills
• BI, ETL, SQL, PL/SQL, any one BI Tool (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, Informatica)
• Confident with good presentation and articulation skills
• Passion for coaching and mentoring
• Empathetic towards learners’ needs and sensible towards sharing critical feedback
