Qualification(s): Graduation from any stream + MBA/ PG in (Marketing /IB)
Location: Aundh, Pune
EXPERIENCE: 3 – 5 years of relevant experience in Client servicing & account managemen
No. of positions : 2 (Pune & Mumbai).
Graduation : Any course. Candidates with a good knowledge / background / graduation in Computer Science / IT will be the advantage.
Post Graduation : MBA / PG Diploma / MPM in Sales & Marketing / IB.
• Proven experience working as a client servicing executive.
• Good Knowledge on Microsoft Excel & Power Point.
• Working knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
• The ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem–solving skills.
• Effective communication, convincing and negotiation skills
• Cultivating solid relationships with clients through the provision of exceptional
• Account Farming by Up/ cross selling.
• Ensuring the contracts, POs and renewals are in place.
• Creating a positive onboarding experience for new clients.
• Regularly interacting with clients through telephone calls, email communications,
or face-to-face meetings.
• Maintaining an accurate record of all existing and potential clients.
• Responding to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensuring that the correct terms of sale are entered into the client database to
prevent avoidable billing issues.
• Provide regular updates to clients on the progress of projects.
• Develop open and effective channels of communication with clients.
• Effective communication and coordination with members of different
departments within the organization to ensure a good customer satisfaction.
