Key Responsibilities
- Be primarily responsible for the P&L, Operations Management and overall profitability of BU.
- Prepare and review business performance analysis with CEO and key stakeholders
- Design and implement business strategies, plans and procedures
- Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth
- Establish policies that promote company culture and vision
Required Skills

15+ years proven experience as BU Head, P&L Manager or relevant role
Education Background: Any ME / M Tech / Be / B Tech from recognised institutes. -
Oversee daily operations of the company and support functions

Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication

Evaluate performance by analysing and interpreting data and metrics Manages client interaction and expectations keeping long term business interests

Working closely with Management and Practise/Project Heads to plan & accomplish organizational vision into results.

Experience with data-viz tools to present trends, forecasts patterns,
Will utilize experience and expertise to solve problems, provide interventions and execute objectives to help team excel and business growth -
Effective in communication in terms of understanding the scenarios, reflect learning to facilitate communication, and alignment amongst key stakeholders
